Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen, on either web or mobile, to get a reset email. If a reset link doesn’t work, it’s most likely expired or already used — request a fresh one rather than treating it as an error.

In-app account deletion is on the way and not yet available in this beta. Contact us in the meantime and we’ll handle a deletion request directly.
